Down the grand hallway stairs and into the grand thoroughfare itself came girls in a mix of minimal and sharp tailoring and highly rich decadence. In bright tomato red and grey, cinched waist dresses that flared out into skirts and rippled at the hem in stiff layers took a turn, followed by blazers and jackets that were precise and angular and, styled with severe Clara Bow bobs, came across as quite masculine.
